DeA Capital Real Estate Poland is DeA Capital’s latest step in creating a pan-European real estate platform. The Company, headquartered in Warsaw, is a joint venture between the DeA Capital Partecipazioni and MK Holding, a holding company that controls Książek Holding. The shareholders’ competences are complimentary and thanks to an experienced local management team the Company is well positioned to become an important player on the institutional market attracting new capital to invest in Poland and the entire CEE region.

Emanuele Caniggia

Emanuele Caniggia, CEO of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR (DeA Capital Group), is Chairman and Partner in DeA Capital Real Estate France. During his business career, he has established numerous companies such as Ar.Co.Graph (1988). in 1996 he founded Abaco Services, then Abaco Team which became a leader in real-estate services. From 2009 to 2012, he was a member of the Boards of Directors of Gabetti Property Solutions, Gabetti Agency, Patrigest and TreeRe. He founded IRE, formerly First Atlantic RE. Member of the Scientific Committee of EIRE, of QI, he sits on the Governing Council of Assoimmobiliare, and heads the association's Real-Estate Services Committee.

Piotr Krawczyński

Piotr Krawczyński joined, as CEO, DeA Capital Real Estate Poland to build up the Polish operations in 2020. Before joining DeA Capital Real Estate Poland, he worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate as Head of Capital Markets CEE. Before that he worked for almost 18 years in Kulczyk Group, Polish well-recognized investment company and was responsible, among other duties, for the entire commercial real estate business line. He was instrumental in setting up and developing Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, being a JV between Kulczyk Group and Silverstein Properties, Inc. from NYC, and acted as the Managing Director of both companies. He brings almost 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and extensive experience in private equity.

Bartosz Puzdrowski

Bartosz Puzdrowski, CEO of Marvipol Logistics (from MK Holding SarL group), is a board member in DeA Capital Real Estate Poland. An experienced real estate manager with over 25 years in the profession, previously holding executive and senior management positions in leading companies of the residential, office, retail and industrial real estate market. He was, among others, CEO of Impact, a leading Romanian residential developer, Board Member at ICON Real Estate in Poland and Finland, CEO at Polnord SA, Country Manager for Poland and the Baltics at Avestus Real Estate, as well as the Director of the Development Department at ECE Projektmanagement Polska. He is responsible for Marvipol group industrial portfolio, being the originator of Marvipol invest-ment in industrial projects, in co-operation with Panattoni; supervises development, investment and divestment.
